2) Services
FeedLead provides Day-Zero New Business Intelligence via daily data feeds and related services (“Services”). Access may require approval.
3) Access requests and accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting access. We may deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including for suspected misuse or legal risk.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to violate laws or regulations (including marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the Services to transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in abusive behavior
5) Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your outreach and how you use any data you receive. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws, rules, and industry standards.
6) Subscriptions and billing
Subscription pricing may be displayed on our site. Billing and checkout may be processed via third parties (e.g., Stripe). If Stripe checkout is not yet available, access may be provisioned manually.
7) Intellectual property
FeedLead retains all rights in the Services, including site content, software, methods, and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services as provided.
8) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the data will meet every use case. Some fields may be inferred or derived from signals and may contain errors or omissions.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedLead will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal risk, or misuse the Services.
11) Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.
